Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all activities provided by All Sports 4 Kids ("we", "us", "our"), including swimming lessons, football coaching and holiday camps. By booking a place you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and your child.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

Swimming lessons are booked and managed through ClassBase. Football coaching and holiday camps are booked and managed through Pembee. Bookings made through those platforms are also subject to the platform's own terms.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and you have received confirmation. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.

You must provide accurate registration information, including your child's date of birth, emergency contact details and any medical conditions, allergies or additional needs.

Fees must be paid in advance in line with the payment schedule shown at the time of booking. Where lessons are paid by recurring payment, payments continue until you give notice in accordance with these terms.

We reserve the right to withhold a place where payment has not been received. Fees may be reviewed from time to time and we will give reasonable notice of any change.

If you wish to cancel a place, please give us as much notice as possible using the relevant booking platform or by contacting us directly. Notice periods shown at the point of booking apply.

We are unable to refund or credit sessions missed due to illness, holiday or other absence, although we will always try to help where we reasonably can.

If we cancel a session for reasons within our control, we will offer a replacement session, credit or refund.

Please arrive in good time for each session. Late arrival may reduce the time available to your child and, for safety reasons, may prevent participation in some activities.

Children must be signed in and collected on time by a parent, guardian or authorised adult named at registration.

You must inform us of any medical condition, allergy, injury or additional need that may affect your child's participation, and keep this information up to date.

In an emergency we will seek appropriate medical assistance, and by booking you authorise us to do so where a parent or guardian cannot be contacted immediately.

Children should not attend if they are unwell or have an infectious illness.

We expect all children to behave safely and respectfully towards staff, other children and the venues we use. We also expect parents and guardians to treat our staff with respect.

We reserve the right to remove a child from an activity, without refund, where behaviour puts the safety or enjoyment of others at risk. We will always try to resolve difficulties with parents first.

Children should wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the activity and bring a water bottle. Swimming participants should bring swimwear, a towel and goggles if preferred.

Personal property is brought to sessions at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items.

We will always ask for your consent before photographing or filming your child, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Parents must not photograph or film other children without permission, and photography is not permitted in changing areas at any time.

We may occasionally need to cancel, reschedule or relocate a session, for example due to venue closure, staff illness, extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where this happens we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a replacement session, credit or refund where appropriate.

All Sports 4 Kids holds public liability insurance. Sport carries an inherent risk of injury, and while we take all reasonable care to run activities safely, we do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage except where it is caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it and your rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
